Zorba is a meat pita bar. The premises hold no official kashrut certificate, but in practice we keep every rule of halacha, at a strict level.
- Glatt and mehadrin meat only, from recognised suppliers
- No milk or dairy products of any kind are used
- Complete separation of utensils, equipment and prep surfaces (poultry, meat, vegetables)
- Vegetables and herbs are washed on site with dedicated agents to remove insects
- Bishul Yisrael is observed
- Closed on Shabbat and festivals, in full observance of Shabbat
- Chametz is sold before Passover
